Looking for moderators (closed)

UPDATE (12/4): We are now reviewing applications and are no longer accepting new requests. We will get back to everyone this week.

We currently are in need of some moderators to vote on incoming submissions. There is not a high load so we are only looking for one or two active members.

To qualify you must:

1. Have above average bird photography in your gallery - we want our moderators to set good examples of our work
2. Be able to visit (almost) daily or multiple times per week to accept submissions
3. Be able to justly accept or decline a deviation based on our submission guidelines

As a reward you will get no submission limit and your deviations will not require a vote (this is why #1 is so important!). If you are interested, send the group a note and let us know why you would like to be a moderator (does not have to be detailed) and how active you can be.
